After a stint at the State Botanical Gardens of Georgia in Athens, he caught the gardening and design ”bugs” and became an Art Director, Master Gardener, and certified Landscape Designer.

Scott, a longtime resident of Tennessee, is a graduate of
The McCallie School of Chattanooga, Tulane University and Loyola University School of Law of New Orleans. After a stint at the State Botanical Gardens of Georgia in Athens, he caught the gardening and design ”bugs” and became an Art Director, Master Gardener, and certified Landscape Designer. He is an approved instructor for the Tennessee Federated Garden Clubs and Master Gardeners and is a member of many plant societies including: the American Horticultural Society (AHS), The Heritage Rose Society, American Rhododendron and Camellia Societies… Along with his wife Olga, the couple gives occasional tours of their personal garden and many power point presentations on horticultural topics.
